Shipping policy

Apologies, currently, Cash on Delivery is not available. We offer convenient online payment methods for a seamless shopping experience.
Once the order is placed the delivery details will be shared via email/phone. Tracking details are shared by our logistics team via email that is therootsofindia.troi@gmail.com once the order has been dispatched.


Standard Shipping takes up to 7-14 working days and Express Shipping takes up to 3-5 working days (to hand make and ship the order)
All the Ready to dispatch items will be delivered within 3-5 working days with a standard shipping option.
If there is an expected delay in product shipment, the company will inform the customer with an updated shipping timeline and details.

If in case the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver, in that case, the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will make one more attempt at delivery after confirming the address from the customer, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges for the same.
