Refund policy
We do not refund, return, exchange, or alter items bought on sale. Product once bought cannot be returned or exchanged except for defects. In case of any damaged or defective product received, the request needs to be raised within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.
Disclaimer- any custom charges levied at the destination country shall be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation request for your order is to be raised within 24 hours of placing the order, after careful consideration of your request, the support team shall get back to you.
Please note, that cancellation is not applicable on our products, once the order is placed it will be processed.
